The free First Steps package gives the basic information you will need to better understand movement, dance position and timing.

Each dance provides 30 to 50 minutes of dance demonstration and detailed instruction. For each dance you get:
•A review of the basic Formulas for Success for the dance
•An overview demonstrating all steps, timing and styling in a combined routine

A separate music track for listening and practice is also included with most dances.

For each Step you get

o A demonstration of the step BEFORE instruction
o Specific instruction for the man’s part
o Specific instruction for the Lady’s part
o A demonstration of the step AFTER instruction

Watch the lessons over and over, alone or with a partner, anytime, anywhere, until you get them down.

Dances are at nominal cost and deliver on demand instruction in 8 to 10 steps that will allow you to take your dancing directly to the dance floor. Watch them over and over.

Also included for no additional cost are videos and photos of interesting dance performances, dance education and general interest surrounding ballroom, club and social dancing.
